Ceobd8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the ceobd8 website, mobile app, and all related services.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The minimum deposit at ceobd8 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Contact support for current limits.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected. All payments will be sent to an account in your own name.

5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on ceobd8 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified. Odds fluctuations during live betting are normal, and the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. ceobd8 accepts no liability for bets that fail to process due to network issues.
In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that match will be refunded. However, if a specific portion of the match has been completed and its result confirmed, bets may be settled based on that portion.
- Maximum bet limits may vary by game and event.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
- Placing multiple correlated bets on the same event may be prohibited.
- Ceobd8 reserves the right to investigate unusual betting patterns.
6 Responsible Gaming

7 Account Suspension & Bans
Ceobd8 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: providing false information, bonus abuse, fraud, suspected money laundering, account sharing, use of bots or automated software, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Whether your balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to fraud or a breach of rules, a refund may not be issued.
- Decisions regarding account closure are final and binding.
- Owners of closed accounts are not permitted to open a new account.
- Restricted individuals who attempt to gain access via proxy or VPN will be subject to legal action.

9 Dispute Resolution

Before taking any legal action against a ceobd8 decision, you must first complete the internal dispute resolution process. In all disputes, the decision of ceobd8 shall be considered final.
